PROPOSAL: LOANS4GOOD & BITCOINS4GOOD
I. THE VISION: FROM CONSUMPTION TO PRODUCTION
Most aid to the developing world focuses on consumption—giving a man a fish. Loans4Good focuses on production—providing the boat, the net, or the bicycle.
The "Bicycle Effect" Testimony
In Nicaragua, I met an ex-convict who needed a way forward. We provided $100 for a bicycle. He used it to buy shoes wholesale and sell them retail. That small amount of capital turned a man with a past into an entrepreneur with a future.
II. THE REALITY OF THE MARKET
In many developing nations, the poor are trapped by loan sharks charging 15–20% interest per month.
Our Goal: Tap into the vast, underutilized savings of the global Church to provide fair, Bitcoin-backed capital that breaks the cycle of debt.
III. THE OPERATIONAL MODEL (MONTHLY RHYTHM)
1. The Loaner (The Provider)
2. The Agent (The Local Bridge)
IV. GOVERNANCE & SECURITY (THE DEACON MODEL)
The Prayer Group
The Technical Group
Monthly Transaction Protocol: Bitcoins move only once per month and require both signatures.
V. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
VI. MEMBERSHIP & VETTING
Both groups are self‑vetting to maintain mission integrity.
